Former NAMI board member Mark Gale was featured in a recent episode of SoCal Connected by KCET. This documentary – titled “Out of Bounds” – puts viewers in the shoes of football star Antonio Carrion’s mother, who’s fighting for her son’s mental health.
Carrion was supposed to be the Nation’s next top football player in the 90’s but his life was derailed due to his battle with bipolar paranoid schizophrenia and the failing health system.
